At just 26, Gordon Jones is the youngest head chef at one of the country’s leading five-star hotels, the Royal Crescent in Bath. Each week he picks two virgin cooks and fast-tracks them to fantastic home cooking – teaching them recipes and slashing their weekly food budget. The winner is challenged to take over a restaurant and cook a three-course dinner for friends and family – with the loser acting as the sous-chef.
