Bake Off: The Professionals Series 4
Liam Charles and Tom Allen return to host the toughest baking competition on television and, this year, the magnificent Firle Place in Sussex is the idyllic setting for this most cutthroat of Bake Offs. Hailing from Michelin-starred hotels, boutique patisseries and family-run businesses, 12 teams compete to craft meticulous miniatures, delicious desserts and stunning showpieces with the aim of making it through to the grand final, where the remaining three teams will create a jaw-dropping afternoon tea and an incredible wedding feast.
But the journey to patisserie glory is far from easy. Returning with their critical eyes and even more critical palates are judges Cherish Finden, Creative Development Chef at Godiva, and Benoit Blin, Chef Pâtissier at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons. Cherish and Benoit are, as ever, on the hunt for perfection in every way, and the teams must brace themselves for the judges’ unflinching honesty.
